Lower Costs

PACE KC simplifies the management of care and lowers costs. It is available at $0 plan cost to participants who qualify.*

Our program can reduce the financial stress of care for you and your loved one. We provide assistance with entitlements, so you can maximize your loved one’s benefits.

Less Stress

PACE KC manages all your loved one’s care. This includes primary and specialty care, physical and occupational therapy, social worker support, in-home help, and recreational activities and socialization in our Adult Wellness Center. For medical and PACE center appointments, we also provide transportation.

Safe at Home

PACE KC offers you an alternative to placing your loved one in a nursing home, so they can remain close to friends and family for as long as possible. By providing all the help you need, including hands-on clinical and social support, we can help give you peace of mind that they are living a life they love.

*All PACE KC services are included and paid for directly by Medicare and Medicaid benefits for qualified participants. There is no additional cost for any covered service, as long as it is provided by an in-network provider. Participants may be subject to a MOHealthNet (Medicaid) spend down as a condition of participation.
