The PACE KC Adult Wellness Center is welcoming and homelike—a comfortable and friendly place to access your primary care. It’s also a great place to socialize while enjoying recreational activities, classes, meals, and companionship.
The PACE KC Adult Wellness Center is home to our interdisciplinary care team. As such, it is the central hub for most PACE KC services (though PACE KC also covers specialty care, hospital stays and other services not provided at the Center).
